Refund Policy

Because Mosaic Mural products are custom-made to customer specifications, refund eligibility depends on the stage of the order when a cancellation request is received.

Before fabrication begins

If you cancel before design approval and fabrication begin, payments may be refunded minus any design, sampling, or administrative work already completed.

After fabrication begins

Once fabrication has started, deposits and progress payments are generally non-refundable because materials and labor have been committed to the order.

Shipping damage

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly at ZafarkhilSuliman@gmail.com and retain all packaging so we can review the issue and assist with a claim if appropriate.

Incorrect or defective order

If the delivered order materially differs from the approved scope, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

Custom nature of orders

Custom murals, panel sets, and made-to-order wall pieces cannot be returned for resale once completed, except where required by law or where we determine an error occurred in production.
